@skipper2210 , Sometimes, It can be occurred when you use model replacement.
Open the developer console and type sv_consistency 0

it doesn't work for me i have an error message telling me "server is enforcing consistency for this file :models/infected/hulk.mdl" but i don't have any Hulk model in my addons can you help me ?
