Requirements: Complete "Treasure Hunt"
Complete Mission 1

Surfin' Tropico! (campaign)
Requirements: Complete Waterborne campaign
Complete all 6 Missions

My Precious (campaign)
Requirements: Finish the Waterborne campaign with the Black Pearl in your possession
Don't sell the Black Pearl in the final Mission (The Ultimate Showdown)

Herbivore (campaign)
Requirements: Defeat Captain Plant in the final battle
Do not complete the final Mission (The Ultimate Showdown). Let the Elements countdown run until the final battle. Captain Plant will have 60,000 Health and 6,000 Attack.

Thanks for all the fish! (single player)
Requirements: Have a fleet of 3 Fishing Trawlers

The King of Pearls (single player)
Requirements: Have 3 Oyster Farms and a Jewelry Workshop

Seasteading (single player)
Requirements: Have 1 of each waterborne buildings in a single play-through

Offshore Haven (single player)
Requirements: Have 5 superpowers in Offshore Offices

Waterworld (single player)
Requirements: Have 10 Floating Apartments and no residential buildings on land (excluding shacks)

Do not press! (multiplayer)
Requirements: Fire missiles from a Nuclear Submarine during a battle against another player

Requirements: Complete mission 1

Presidente 007 (campaign)
Requirements: Complete Espionage campaign

The Silent Front (multiplayer)
Requirements: Complete a Sabotage action in multiplayer

Tropicoleaks (single player)
Requirements: Expose secrets of 2 different superpowers in a single game

Catch me a Spy (single player)
Requirements: Deal with 10 foreign spies in a single game

Antiutopia (single player)
Requirements: Have Ministry of Information, Dungeon and 10 Security Checkpoint

Big Brother (single player)
Requirements: Have 5 Police Blimps

From Tropico with love (single player)
Requirements: Have 13 loyal spies at the same time
Increase the Effectiveness of the building by setting the Budget to Max and changing the Constitution's Economy Structure to Free Market.

The Greybar Hotel (single player)
Requirements: Have 20 prisoners in Dungeons and Supermax Prisons

Kill all Humans (single player)
Requirements: Eliminate 20 undesirable citizens with drones
Build Drone Command. Buy Accidental Strikes. Only after it has eliminated all Rebel Leaders and Crime Lords will it begin to eliminate citizens.
