Wow! Finally! Someone who actually gets the very real major flaw in the TF2 industry model as it currently exists. (which is why I gave up on TF2 years ago) Sure hope the devs see your comment and realize that RANDOM placement of industries
Kingston on the right side of Lake Ontario with a Chemical plant (DuPont Canada)
London where the "Ontario farm" is with a machine plant (GM Assembly)
Sudbury, north of the Georgian bay with Iron ore mines (nickel and copper irl)
Sault Ste. Marie, north of Lake Huron beside the river to Superior with a Steel Mill (Algoma Steel)
Ottawa 3/4 of the way to Montreal away from the river with a farm (Central Experimental Farm) or lumber mill
for the existing cities
Toronto: construction materials factory (Don Valley Brick Works) and/or a goods factory (Whirlpool Canada)
Hamilton: Steel mill (Stelco Hamilton)
Montreal: Food Factory (Molson Brewery)
also some forests in the north, logging is still important in Canada
Just some suggestions, i pretty much added all these in my save with sandbox mode but i feel like other people might be missing out too lol
Captainhawes's map makes me wanna have a minimap ingame though, so much to see.
