This .exe automatically executes the game on a 16:9 letterboxed resolution instead of a stretched, 21:9 one

SUPPORTED RESOLUTIONS

For 21:9

2560x1080
*changes to 1920x1080*

3440x1440
*changes to 2560x1440*

5120x2160
*changes to 3840x2160*

For 32:9

3840x1080
*changes to 1920x1080*

5120x1440
*changes to 2560x1440*

HOW TO INSTALL THE FIX

This fix won't replace any files from your game folder or your computer, so do not replace your DBD.exe for this.

Only you can execute the .exe.

You can place the .exe on your desktop, download folder, game's folder or wherever you want.

Once you download the file you have 2 options, either execute it in its .exe format or the .bat format.

In case you use the .bat format, you need to have qres.exe in the same folder as your .bat.

DISCLAIMER

1. This is a safe .bat converted to .exe, not a modified .exe from the game, it is completely legit, you don't need to replace this anywhere.

2. This only makes your game run at 16:9 with black bars on the sides instead of 21:9 stretched automatically by changing your Windows' resolution once the game is running

3. If you think this is a virus, simply create a .bat with the following link and have qres.exe on the same location of the bat. https://pastebin.com/pQyFseqM/ (qres.exe is integrated to our .exe version)

4. Again. This WILL NOT modify any files from your game.

5. THIS ISN'T BANNEABLE ,THIS IS NOT A HACK, NOR A CHEAT. THIS CAN ONLY CHANGE YOUR RESOLUTION WHEN YOU START AND WHEN YOU CLOSE THE GAME, THIS ISN'T A FOV EXTENDER
