This guide will provide you with possible solutions for the most common issues.

My game won't start/stuck in loading screen

These are all solutions for the issue. Try the following to see if your problem gets fixed.

• Run game as administrator
  Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Bloody Trapland"> rightclick "Bloody Trapland.exe" and choose "Run as administrator".
  
• If you have Comodo anti-virus it may block the connection
  
• Go to your steam library>right click bloody trapland>Delete local content and reinstall the game
  
• Delete your save/settings folder: C:\Users\*username* \AppData\Roaming\Bloody Trapland
  
• Install/repair both XNA 4.0 and .Net 4.0

CD-Key won't work in-game. (404 Error)

It's probably caused by a proxy or a firewall.

Make sure you don't have kind of firewall/software/antivirus blocking "Bloody Trapland.exe" from internet.

If you are behind a proxy, then you need to set it up in your internet settings.

Can't find my CD-Key.

• You can find all your Desura keys here: http://www.desura.com/collection
  If you already bought on desura go to your desura library then right click on bloody trapland and then click on View CD key
  
• For bundles: Go to the bundle website, sign in with that account and get the key.
  For Indie Royale, log in to the Indie Royale website, go to your bundle and click unlock key.
  
• Email: You may have receive a key in your email. It may also be in the spam/junk folder.

I can't host a server.

Crash on death.

Try removing this file:
C:\Users\*user*\AppData\Roaming\Bloody Trapland\UserFeedback.xml

To get to the folder faster, you can also:
press Windows key + R
type: %appdata%/Bloody Trapland
