Location and effect of all items

Introduction

This is a guide of all the items in Jump King
The videos in this guide are not mine.
If you know of any info on items or items themselves that are not found in this guide please contact me so it can be added.

Main Game Items

Cap
Description: A trendy and fashionable head ornament.
Effect:
- Purely cosmetic
Location: Can be found on the last screen of Redcrown Woods by doing a full jump to the right into a hidden room.

Crown
Description: Solid gold. The quality seems impossible to recreate with human tools.
Effect:
- Changes dialogue
- Can be sacrificed for a quick start in the Imp Room for New Babe+
- Gives "Double King" when completing the game with it
Location: Beat the Main Game.

Gold Ring
Description: A golden trinket with a hole in it.
Effect:
- Given to the man in Bargainburg in exchange for the shoes
- Gets you "Fashionable" for buying the shoes with it
- Gets you "Fowler" for completing the game after picking it up, you do not need to still have it
- Gets you "Big Spender" for paying ten or more gold rings for the shoes
Location: Chase the black bird up to the top of Stormwall Pass where it will drop it
It will respawn on every new game

Shoes
Description: They have a very cool design, with wings at the heels.
Effect:
- Purely cosmetic
- Gets you "Fashionable" for buying the them with the gold ring
- Gets you "Big Spender" for paying ten or more gold rings for the them
- Worn in conjunction with Snake Ring and King's Cape to get "Bird Outfit"
Location: Bought from the man in Bargainburg in exchange for the gold ring
The cost will increase upon every completion with the gold ring meaning you will always have to fall down after collecting the gold ring

New Babe+

Silver Coins
Description: A small silver coin. There is a portrait of an old man on one side of it.
Effect:
- Used to buy the giant boots from the merchant in lost frontier
- Unlocks "Large Feet" when Giant Boots are bought with them
Location: The ten are spread throughout NB+ and can be seen in the video below
All ten will respawn upon creating a new game

Magic Crown
Description: Cool hat. It has a pleasant scent.
Effect:
- Can spawn from the Imp Room without sacrificing the crown
- Worn in conjunction with Giant Boots and Snake Ring to get "Deadly Outfit"
*This does not allow you to get "Giant Leaps+" or "Absolute Will+"
Location: Beat New Babe+

Giant Boots
Description: Quite large boots. If you tried to walk in these you would probably look stupid.
Effect:
- You cannot walk (like when you're in snow)
- Upon being bought they unlock "Large Feet"
- Worn in conjunction with Magic Crown and Snake Ring to get "Deadly Outfit"
- Beat the Main Game starting with them on to get "Giant Leaps"
- Beat New Babe+ starting with them on to get "Giant Leaps+"
- Beat Ghost of the Babe starting with them on to get "Giant Leaps Ghost"
Location: Bought from the merchant in Lost Frontier for ten Silver Coins
The price will increase by however many silver pieces you have when you start a new game so you always have to collect all of them

Blood Red Stone
Description: A red stone with an alluring sheen, it seems as though it is staring back.
Effect:
- Given to the snake in Black Sanctum for the snake ring
Location: Chase the white bird up to Black Sanctum and back down to Brightcrown Woods where it will drop it

Snake Ring
Description: A metal ring. It is quite heavy and cold to the touch.
Effect:
- You slide on ground (like when you're on ice)
- Upon being obtained they unlock "Favour of a Higher Being"
- Worn in conjunction with Magic Crown and Giant Boots to get "Deadly Outfit"
- Beat the Main Game starting with it on to get "Absolute Will"
- Beat New Babe+ starting with it on to get "Absolute Will+"
- Beat Ghost of the Babe starting with it on to get "Absolute Will Ghost"
- Worn in conjunction with Shoes and King's Cape to get "Bird Outfit"
Location: Give the Blood Red Stone to the snake in Black Sanctum

Ghost of the Babe

King's Cape
Description: An impressive fur lined cape. It emanates with regal power.
Effect:
- Upon collection "Regal attire" is unlocked
- Worn in conjunction with Shoes and Snake Ring to get "Bird Outfit"
Location: Chase the red bird until the end of Ghost of the Babe and it will put the cape on you in the ending scene

Ghost Fragments
Description: A frilly clotg-like fragment. It has an alluring aura.
Effect:
- Given to the pink guy at the beginning of Moulding Manor to get the yellow shoes
- Unlocks "Helping a Brother Out" upon buying the Yellow Shoes with them
Location: Found around Moulding Manor, but are invisible and only make a sound when collected
Their locations are shown in the video below. They will respawn on every new game.

Mushrooms
Description: A funny-looking mushroom. It would be best not to smell it...
Effect:
- 9 are given to the gnome for the tunic
- Upon recieving the tunic "True Scholar" is unlocked
Location: They are found throughout the philosophers forest in hidden rooms shown in the video below

Scholar's Hat
Description: A pointy green hat, made of hardened cloth.
Effect:
- Upon collection "Disciple of the Forest Scholar" is unlocked
- Worn in conjunction with Tunic and Yellow Shoes to unlock "Gnomed Out"
Location: In front of the gnome on the last screen of Philosophers Forest

Tunic
Description: A nice and comfortable tunic. It comes with a fashionable belt.
Effect:
- Upon collection "True Scholar" is unlocked
- Worn in conjunction with Scholar's Hat and Yellow Shoes to unlock "Gnomed Out"
Location: Given by the gnome on the last screen of Philosophers Forest after collecting all nine mushrooms in the philosophers forest

Yellow Shoes
Description: Sleek, yellow shoes. Quality like this can not be bought.
Effect:
- Upon being bought with Ghost Fragments "Helping a Brother Out" is unlocked
- Worn in conjunction with Scholar's Hat and Tunic to unlock "Gnomed Out"
Location: Bought from the pink guy at the beginning of Moulding Manor
The price will increase by however many ghost fragments you have when you start a new game so you always have to collect all of them in whatever game you're in.

Bug's Note
Effect:
- Upon being collected "King of the Flies" is unlocked
Location: Chase the fly through Bugstalk and it will drop it

Golden Cap
Desciption: It emits a large prescence.
Effect:
- Purely cosmetic
Location: Obtained by beating Ghost of the Babe
