Not bad for a first try, but your animation needs work. I couldn't even understand what happened at the end.. (I'm assuming that Pyro threw his Axe at the Sniper, but without the animation to show it, I honestly don't know.) Brush up on your animation and come back next year.

You need to work on your animations as it takes away from the pacing.

Not worth an upvote, even if it is your first video. Another guy's second ever video which was entered for this was more impressive. Practice some more, you'll get it.

As a first SFM, I can see the beginnings of something heartwarming. As it is when judged for a Saxxy, though, there are many technical issues (for one, we never see Pyro throw the axe in the end), and the use of stock animations kind of erodes much of the potential personality. I'm sure you'll make something pretty cool by next year if you stick with it, though.
