PC Building Simulator EASY 3D Mark Scoring UPDATED 2020!
I personally get annoyed trying to mix and match parts to get the desired score for the 3D mark jobs. I hate wasting money on parts I don't need and time waiting for parts to arrive. With this guide, you won't need to guess anymore! It's just a simple calculation away!

Welcome to the guide that takes away the pain of trying to find the desired 3D Mark score!

All you need to do is use this spreadsheet to calculate the 3D Mark score and this way you don't have to guess and waste money on random parts.

This took 12 hours to make so I hope it helps anyone who stumbles onto this!

Special thanks to Anthony for helping me out on this.

example: if you're trying to reach 3000 score, you need both cpu and gpu to be 3000, if gpu is 3000 but cpu is 2000 then it won't reach 3000. that's how i use it at least

Well on the sheet called 3DMark Score.

@BelGarion, on the second page there is a calculation. Use that with the cpu and gpu score to see the 3DMark score. It's a rough score though because sometimes it's not always 100% accurate.

There used to be a more simpler way, an HTML java calculator that you plugged in what score you need and it spat out what would achieve that score *or* what you have existing and what score you need and it would spit out what to update. Last I heard the guy bailed, sadly. So... * looks at the table * This is going to sound stupid... I assume I add GPU + CPU = Score?

And I agree, there should be an in game app to help you with this stuff, they made it impossible without quitting out, going to the sandbox, and spending a lot of time swapping parts and rerunning 3dMark to find the right part(s), before returning to the game. That or spending a bunch of money on stuff that you don't need.

Yea I don’t think it’s cheating and there should be an in game upgrade you can purchase to help with the 3D Mark or even just a rough estimate system

i don't think this is cheating since irl it can be looked up. however i don't get why there isn't an app for this in game

Yeah I get you. The same things me, I enjoyed the game until there was 10+ jobs of straight 3D Mark scoring.
