You need both the dung ball and the sootling on a leash (grappling hook) to get it. I completed over 70% of the game before I had the tools to acquire it.
You're looking for Fleek, the bee-looking guy in the same room as the 3rd Candy Colored sphere paint chest. Take the green Bee-Line to the point on the underside of the cliff below the big tree. Hit 'A' To drop down. then enter the pinball game area directly below. Use the yellow paddle to go up the tube, and then you have to loopty-loop off the pink flower using the grappling hook. (There's also a wickerling here if you haven't already got it.) Proceed into the room, pay fruit to unlock the paddles, then talk to him while rolling the dung ball to make the fruit heart appear.

Hey, im pretty sure ther has nothing be changed ( im in contact with a dev of the game )

The °Thats Deep° archivement has nothing todo with a ball combo!
Thats you will recived when you dive down in the ocean and pickup some Fruits from the Heart. (dont miss steam is sometime slow and you dont get archievment directly when the requerements are done)

The Secret Heart is another Heart you will see by fleek while using the dungball skin and talk to him.Its not an archivment just a sidequest.

Maybe this was true in the past, but not anymore. I just got the That’s Deep achievement/trophy while rolling around with the jeweled skull ball, NOT the dung ball. When I found the “heart made of fruit”, achievement wouldn’t pop till I had collected a good portion of the fruit. Prior to that I tried swimming all around the area, and taking single pieces of fruit from around the heart’s shape. Finally popped when I had picked up around 2/3rds to 3/4 of the fruit.

no it dosnt,
the scarab tracker dos schow all open scarabs on the map, not the gold ball skin
