Introduction
This guide will help you to achieve easier some of the hardest challenges of the game!
Some of them it is wiser to do them after you have finished the main story and unlocked most of the abilities in the upgrade section!

I'll start with the most easily missable challenges!

I haven't put all the challenges but if you want me to add more and explain them to easier get them you can comment and ask!

Special thanks to:
for his kindly contributions!

Note: The guide is not discontinued, i just can't update it yet due to my tight schedule. Any offers will be nice and any help will be considered. Thank you very much for your support and feedbacks.
Survivals Completed – 26

After a little search i manage to understand how this "random" phone calls occure and it seemed that is not random at all! The step you have to do to trigger this event is the follow:

1) You only get calls when you're on foot, so avoid entering any vehicles till you get a call
2) You also can't have any notoriety at that time
3) You won't get called while on a mission or activity
4) Entering diversions (like vehicle surfing or hostage) cancel the challenge
5) Hang around in your crib and in no time they will call you. If for some reason this doesn't work restart the game and hang around in your crib.
6) If you don't get calls on that island, move to another one.
7) Stay on foot for about 3 minutes and do absolutely nothing, you'll get a call.

That's how a manage to do them all! If one or more(sometimes) requirements met then everything will work!
Hostages Taken - 50
When you get a car with two or more people in it, take the driver out. When you get in the car the game will ask if you want to take a hostage, press 'E' to do it. You don't have to complete the mini game for it to count!

Sometimes tho this can be very irritating cause most of the times even if you jump into the car the event doesn't triggering fast enough and the hostages leave the car.

An easier way to do it is the follow:

- Go into the traffic and step in-front of moving car making them to stop.
- See if there is any other passengers inside the car except the driver.
- Kill the passenger and get in the car fast before the driver turn and leave.
- And now you have all the time in the world to start the challenge.

(Tip): For more respect and money now that the passenger is killed the hostage event timer will not stop counting even if you leave the car!!! And you will get the full respect of the event!!! :)
Windshield Cannon Distance - 304 Meters (1000 ft)

Basically the idea for this is to drive and hit a solid object forcing your body to shoot out the windshield. Seems easy enough but many times you’ll stay in your car and other times you won’t fly out far at all by hitting walls or poles. The best place I found is to hit guard rails and launch over them for the most distance. Go to The Grove and there is an Insurance Fraud activity near the bottom. Activate it and then go to the west and there is a dead end road with a guard rail at the end. You don’t need to do it during the Insurance Fraud activity, but the rag doll controls during it let you get some extra distance. Keep running into the guard rail at the end of the street over and over and you’ll get this in one or two activity tries.
Two Wheel Distance - 762 Meters (2500 ft)

A lot of this challenge will be completed during power slides, but for the remainder of the challenge, you can take a car to the freeway and drive halfway up on to the barrier that line that sides. If you drive too fast, you can get struck on it or even drive right over it, so get two wheels up on the barricade and then take your time driving across the highway. It will only take a few times to complete the challenge this way.
Streaking Time - 600 Seconds
For this challenge, all you need to do is partake in the streaking activity for a total of 600 seconds. To start the activity, go into your wardrobe (which can be found at any of your cribs), go into "outfits," and select "Remove All Current Clothing" (you can also remove your clothing in any clothes store). Now that you're fully naked, just go outside and double tap the taunt button to start the activity (by default it should be X).

While it isn't necessary to complete each level, it helps save time. Each time you start the activity you are given 30 seconds, which means that it would take 20 times to complete the challenge if you don't complete the other levels. Every level adds more seconds (and it's much more fun to do the challenge than to just wait for the timer to go down). The best way to get as many points as possible in this activity (to get to the next level) is to run up to crowds of people and in front of people who are driving. Gaining notoriety also helps as more people will show up to kill you (thus making them see you naked).
Stores Robbed - 15 stores
One of the more easier activities. To do this, all you need to do is enter any store (even a store that you own) and point your gun at the clerk. In order to successfully rob a store, the clerk needs to have their arms up when you point your gun at them until you get a message saying that you've robbed the store (you should also hear an alarm and your police notoriety will rise to 3). Sometimes the clerk will just drop to the ground without putting their arms up. In this case, you must go rob another store. When you rob a store and your police notoriety rises, you can just exit and re-enter the store to lose all of it (if you already own the store). Also, you won't be able to rob the store you just robbed unless you leave the area and come back (same thing goes with shopping at the store). So just go from one store to another and you should complete this activity in about 5 minutes.
EMU's Destroyed - 50

A rather easy challange. All you need to do is destroy 50 EMUs (the small car shown above). You can usually find them while just driving around, although I've found some great ways to rack up your count fast:

1.) Mascot survivial: Some point in the game, you'll get a survival where you need to fight mascots near the Let's Pretend store. Most-if not all-of the mascots will arrive in EMUs, which is a perfect way to complete your list.
2.) Use your garage: Find an EMU and bring it to any of your garages. Then open up your garage, select the EMU and retrieve it, then just drive out, destroy, and repeat.
3.) Tank Mayhem Hard: The Tank Mayhem (hard difficulty) in Loren Square is a perfect way to get EMU kills. Tons of EMUs will spawn which makes this challenge a piece of cake.
Nailed Basejumps - 15

Just go to Saint's HQ, take the elevator to penthouse, and jump from Heliport.
Press "E" twice (for activate parachute and set a basejump target)
Check for distance between you and the target at top right.
If your distance between you and the target is quite near, press backward key "S"
Repeat this until 15 times.

Thanks to:
for his kindly contribution!
Stoppie Distance - 305 Meters

By default, stoppies are not bound to a key. You can change this in the settings menu, though.
First, get a motorcycle. Most work fine, but the sport bikes and dirt bikes work best. I prefer the Sandstorm, personally.
Get a little bit of speed going, and then brake while pushing "lean forward." As you slow down, you'll go up on just front wheel of the bike.

Hey I have a problem on my game,I have 96% of progress, left 5 gang op to clean and left me 25/26 of survival challenges - Pierce to do,is my game bugged or do I really have to start all over again or pick like an old saved game around 40%-50% of the progress to get these calls ? Because I've tried your steps and wasn't successful with me.:sad_creep:
Knowing if I have to start all over again to get 41 challenges - You're my hero achievement is fucked up it still miss Survival , Emu and Gang Ops challenges to be done.

The specialist kills is a really annoying one I got stuck at the end of the story and I finished off both the luchadores and deckers. now I don't find them in the streets at all. I tried with the survival method but there are waay too few specialists even gang members in general. would have taken a long boring grind session.

any tips on easier methods to get the specialist kills ? (I started a new game)
Thanks for the effort on putting this together btw :)

I be really suprised why only less then 1% of community have this achivement because in my opinion this is one of the easiest achievement i ever see (not counting story-kind achievement like complete a prologue (in some games this is even harder then this)). 70% of this challenges i complete simply playing game, rest still be really easy. Only one thing make me problem a "Streaking Time" but only because first i must find how to start diversion.
