PLUTOCRACY ONGOING DEVELOPMENT GUIDE
By XrConnorRx
HEY PLUTOCRATES
my guide here is to share with you hints and tips on the general basics of the game but also things i seen and picked up while ive progressed throughout the game as you know this game is in early access so the majority of the features are locked so everything here im sharing with you is from my gameplay on sandbox mode section of the game well only playable part of the game anyway so here is#:

1. set up the game to your liking with the limited options available and start game
2. what need to do is to lowest market capped but profitable company to start buying shares from once found that company avoid buying all shares from majority shareholder as this will destroy your investment before you started this is if can nogotiate with them through better influence then them
3 when making a deal you would want to deal with holders with low diplomatic level i think (level next to ambitions) to stand more success of striking a deal.
4.when striking a deal you have 3 options A,B,C A is coloured green which could only mean this deal represent a good deal in the shareholder favour on their terms of the deal ie. +4 success of increasing the deal/ +3 in paying more and increasing share price to opening share price. Option B is grey could just generally mean it favours both but i find it more successful to me because i was able to significantly drop the share price and still make a good deal even with low skill levels even when i got alot of wealth behind me i could drop share to 30% in favour of me and still get the deal done AND Option C is generally a bad deal as this is in red most of the time you will payout alot with this option

MAJOR SHAREHOLDER:
When you get in this position and you pretty much main investor now you can change the company to how you want it i recommend hiring a new CEO to a 5*/5* skill CEO the 1 5* skill would allow you your CEO to manage 5 different areas of the company i recommend CEO working on 3 expenses areas get the CEO to drive down those expenses and 2 areas to improve the income
click on income section and it highlights which little areas of the company that contribute to increasing income ie. production workrate and number of workers increases this and same goes with expenses. WHEN YOU ARE MAJOR SHAREHOLDER HIRE THE BEST CEO 5*/5* reason being 5* economic level helps CEO control 5 specialist areas within company and boost them
IF ONLY I COULD SHOW YOU WITH PICTURES WOULD MAKE IT EASIER TO EXPLAIN.
TOP TIP from what read of other guides and clips from youtube when in this position YOU NEED TO DECREASE YOUR DIVIDENCE ONCE ALL MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS ARE BROUGHT OUT and simply grow and keep company profitable from there which your CEO will make happen if got this area correct

POLITICAL SECTION:
with the game still in early access its just pointless trying to understand how this works i.e how state governs when passing bill laws ETC ETC . there is 1 section that it functional in this area where it involves police chief state govens and 2 other people my knowledge is very limited in this area as i haven't progress near to the point where i needed to start dealing with the state govenor and sacking off the police chief also in terms of political skills DONT BOTHER WITH THOSE IN YOUR OFFICE SKILLS SECTION.

FINAL SECTION SKILLS:
i recommend increasing obviously both your personal skills but sub skills invest y our skills in lower your state taxes and maintenance expenses to further increase to quarter profits also invest in the trading skill and eloquitte skill however you say it hahhaa.

CEO OF SEVERAL COMPANIES NOW
THERES SLIGHT REPITITION HERE WITH MAJOR SHAREHOLDER SECTION BUT THERES LITTLE SPECIFIC INFO HERE
now i reached this stage i currently have 5* economics and 4* diplomatic im currently turning over 2mil per quater own 2 companies and few companies with high stakes in them less then 50%. AS SOON AS YOU TAKEOVER a company unless the ceo is 5*/5* skills which i fine a rarity im able to hire replace your current CEO preferably close to 5* diplomatic and 3/4* economics.
: CEO diplomatic skills allows the CEO to manage or run 5 different areas of the company at same time 5* eco skills is a bonus
:CEO ECO skills is the higher the rating the more effective and faster the CEO can improve that area of the company to next level
: areas CEO needs to focus on really is the 2 selling areas on the left side that improve selling price and increase productivity these 2 skills are gurenteed essentials to increase revenue tab at top of screen you also need at least 1 high expense covered by CEO most of time this will be workers paid section in very bottom left of skill tree when click on expenses and mantainance generally you need your CEO to cover your highest expense whatever it is.

POLITICS SKILLS:
totally avoid them at the minute the politics skills books in your office with the game still in early access they havent been very effective
Currently i also have got a state tresurer on my side as a friend only use they have is a loan subside if the company isnt carrying any debt i believe this is pointless so to be fair stay away from befriending police chiefs and treasurer only person need here is state governer only benefit there is goverment contract not quite how this works in game havent got this far yet but do know will drastic increase profits

QUICK NOTE:
PLEASE ONLY TAKE NOTE OF THIS AS MYSELF STILL TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THE MACHANICS OF THE GAME MYSELF SO MY KNOWLEDGE NOT QUITE 100% CORRECT ALSO I WILL UPDATE THIS GUIDE AS I FUTHER MY KNOWLEDGE OF THE MACHANICS AND GAME OVERALL I WOULD ALSO TRY TO UPDATE THIS AS OF WHEN THEY RELEASE MORE NEW FEATURES IE BRING IN MORE STATES TO INVEST ETC ETC,

Have you figured out how to "vertically integrate" these businesses? I've got controlling shares of all in one state, but...I don't see an option to
