How to achieve 100% Chaos / Full Ending

If you haven't played the game yet, this may contain a few spoilers.
But if you have, this guide should feel relatively spoiler free.

Day 1/4

Note: Story-wise this might seem a bit odd, but there are several possible interpretations as to why this is the right answer.

Day 2/4

Note: Both the snake and the flower *must* live, otherwise the assassin will succeed at his job a bit too much.

Day 3/4

Note: Multiple solutions work here, as long as the eyes are not the only thing left in the result.

Day 4/4

Note: The 4th symbol will only show up if you did the previous days correctly, not getting the right answer here will result in a 'bad' (lower chaos) ending.

Day: End

You're done! There's nothing left to do! Enjoy the ending!
