I have played this game about 20 years ago.
And yes, it is a good mix of strategy and entertaining film story board.
But as I sees it...
it seems a bit high priced after that long time depending on production costs.
Maybe you know Earth 2140 The Moon Project?
Recommended for good in strategy and charismatic characters voice. Graphic is Open GL.
Always looked better than DX.
The ones before...NO, Low graphics.
The ones after part 2150. No either, because of miss matching of the story and graphics.
