Traffic Circle Park w/orchard

This is a traffic circle with a park so you will find it in the same place as your park assets. NOT with your intersections. The raised walkway is so that for those super busy intersections your foot traffic should not stop your actual traffic. It works best with a traffic mod that has lane fixing and intersection limitations (like closing those side walks).

Its free placement but for those perfectionists it can be a little anoying to place due to snapping issues. A trick I found was to make your X-intersection then build a box with a single lane road sizing it for max density (8 squares plus avenue). Then destroy the inside roads (your X intersection) leaving just the box. Then place your traffic circle anywhere on the map and move it. It is easier to move the asset into place then trying to place it directly it dose not snap as much. One additional note is the it needs a very flat area to sit.

Combatibility issues: I dont have many mods to test them on and all assets should be from the base game or proper DLC so there shouldnt be many issues.
-If using the "move it" mod sometimes the road can get messed up as you move it and you will have to demolish it and create another.
-The traffic AI in the base game is stupid so I strongly suggest some sort of lane control mod with a set up as depicted in the subway link.

The 3 parks are all made to compliment each other rich, poor and average.
