easier than you think blender tutorials for beginners
By DeadlyKitten
this guide will go over simple tutorials for those of us who see 3D modeling & animation as much more monumental than it is the videos and creators that i am showcasing here make there instructions clear and easy to follow i am making this so other people who are a bit more nervous about starting don't feel so overwhelmed by the software it's actually not as bad as it looks and you will find that once you learn the basics that it is much easier than you would assume

Grant abbit.
This man was the one who's tutorials and guides got me in to the software i was looking for detailed guide and videos everywhere learning what i could but when 2.8 update came about and changed the entire U.I i thought i was kind of screwed but lo and behold i found this mans guide and have been use'in his videos to help me learn the software better sense he has a ton of amazing tutorials for exercises for practice and learning the software and near the end of his tutorials he almost always teaches some little easy trick at the end this is the PERFECT playlist to get started with the software he even has some more advanced lessons once you feel you have a better understanding of blender so check him out!
this tutorial goes over the basics of pretty much everything you need to know as a beginner step by step!.

and this one demonstrates things you can do to practice and hone your skills!.

he even has tutorials for sculpting!.
Blenderbinge.
blenderbinge is more if your wanting to learn how to do something more specific like learning to do like making really cool animation loops or making a really cool looking title intros he even has his own series on basics and more intermediates things i found out about him while i was trying to figure out how to make a hologram look more like y'know a hologram and what do ya'know he has a really good guide on making a really nice holographic globe
YES believe it or not you can make a holographic globe in about 20 mins! when you have a better understanding of the basics give the guy a look
CG Geek.
now Steve here is where we start to feel like we have a much better understanding of the software we learned the basics from grant abbitt learn some neat tips and trick from Blenderbinge now we get in to some slightly more difficult topics while still explained very well and understandably cg geek mostly photorealistic environments and CGI and his and like the others he has his own guides for blender including the 2.8 update back in July one of my favorite videos of his is him showing how to add Characters to video this one here show how to add a cute little robot to whatever video you want to put him in!
brackeys (for the game devs)
OK this one is debatable for a blender guide as its even more basic compared to the other guys on this list but i know a good chunk of the people who use blender are looking in to making video games and Brackeys can help us out here and i feel like i can justify putting him on this list do to him having blender tutorial and he shows you how to use blender with unity

his blender tutorial

and his tutorials for those looking to start learning unity
the honorable mentions.
now i felt grant abbitt. Blenderbinge. and cg geek all focused on showing a specific thing and i watched more of there videos but these guys tutorials still gave me some good help so check them out when you have the chance

Blender:
what kind of guide to blender tutorials would this be without including blender own official tutorials it definitely covers its bases and by all means a great place to start just the same but i still have a preference to the other channels mostly because its fun to see what they do outside the bare minimum of teaching
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MF1qEhBSfq4&list=PLa1F2ddGya_-UvuAqHAksYnB0qL9yWDO6&index=2&t=0s

tutor4u:
has some pretty good videos and even gave me a better understanding of how to better make fur but he also has some other videos that show some things you might want to make also how to make some really cool videos for animations

Andrew Price a.k.a. BlenderGuru
now most of you probably heard of this guy and even know he has some good videos and also some good teachings of the basics among some other interesting videos i mean this guy is called the guru for a reason :)

CG cookie
again this person also has some great videos and a few good ones for beginners he even has a couple of tutorials for unity if your interested he has covered a lot of things as well rigging animating porting to unity (which is what i was looking for) he also has a crash course for the 2.8 so if you have the time check some of these people out!

I cannot seem to find an answer anyplace else so ill leave this here in hopes someone pm's me.

How do i upload images of projects i made to the community artwork/forum? I tried and it told me i needed to await approval. this was like a month ago. artwork still not there. guess it was dismissed and chucked?
Anyhow it was just a cool sword model i made and wanted to show. But i guess there is some kind of loophole required to show anyone what you make....anyone guide me in the right direction?

Let's get a tutorial for how to spell "beginner" correctly. I wouldn't take advice from someone who spells words like they are 5.
