M60

A further evolution of the M48 tank, adopting a 105mm main gun and dropping the Patton moniker. It became the US's Main Battle Tank for most of the cold war, being exported to numerous countries and upgraded a number of times. Though the United States eventually replace it with the Abrams, the M60 remains in service to this day in it's various successor models.
