you might have figured this out already but each level has a max amount of ammo you can collect and what ever you have in your ammo bag when you finish a level will pass over to the next level. every time you load into a level it will always load you into that level with the most ammo you passed the previous level with. To be able to buy the nimbus you'll basically need to finish the entire game without shooting any bullets and collecting 95% of all the ammo.

hey, in order to save up all the money to buy the special stuff, should I be collecting ammo whenever possible? does it stack/save for each playsession?

Yeah I kinda did the speedrun with the nimbus just to be silly but I do think I'm gonna try and do it normal at some point.

I wanted to become a speed running of this normal style, but I can't stop just strolling around and climbing up the walls and exploring.
