Ever wanted the Street Fighter II' SNES Death Effects?

No? Well too bad.

This addon adds :

--Original Street Fighter II' SNES Death Sound Effect.

--Pitch of the sound is either Low, Normal or High like in SF2.

--The game's timescale will be slowed down for a few seconds, just like in SF2!

That's all really, hope you enjoy lol.

UPDATE 1/15/21
-Reduced the bug where the hit ground sound would get spammed.
-Added a proper, lower pitched UAGHH in a separate sound file which is not slowed down.
-Cheats are no longer required to slow down the game's timescale.
