Go to:

Engine room> Keyboard> Advanced> Turn console on/off (~)

For people with no sense of creativity, The engine room is the options menu.

Open the game and enter this in the console sv_cheats 1

When you have done that you can enter one of the cheats below!

Here's a new one: "npc_create ai_crewmate" This spawn a police officer when inspected is considered a bar tender. He cannot arrest you and just simply walks around and killing him wont have an effect. So fire away your anger against the police who always arrested you for peaking out of a corner with a weapon!

Ive even tried using that nifty "Nearby" inventory thing, were you pick up things that are nearby on the floor without having to find them.

Quite possible, but that wouldnt make alot of sense. Did you check the area around your character? It doesnt end up in your inventory, sadly.

I seem to just enter the spawn commands, server cheats are on, and nothing happens? I guess its because outfits cant be *dropped*
