Update:
12/15: Added The Sharks Leader.

12/17: Fixed Shark's model when idle.

12/21:Added whole Law Enforcement of VC.
Added M4 and MP5 for VCPD.
Added Missing textures for Law Enforcement. Sorry for inconvenience, guys!
Added more relationship for Law Enforcement. They won't attack other Cop SNPCs for now.
FBI and National Guard's animation have been changed.
-FBI is using Combine Animation.
-National Guard is using Custom Animation for attacking animation. (Citizen's RPG shooting animation)

12/22:Added new Shooting animation for SWAT. (Same with Army one.)

12/24:New models for MP5 and Chrome Shotgun.

12/25:Smaller version of MP5 model.

12/27:Added Muzzle function in MP5 and Chrome Shotgun. Now both guns are actually showing flames when fired.

2/14: Added GIGN Units. Sorry for low quality sounds, These are the all I've got. :(

2/20: Fixed model error of Shark (Hostile).

5/13: Added some Law Enforcement models with original Metro Cop/Combine animation in the game file. It won't be applied to the SNPCs, so don't worry about changing animations.

7/7: Fixed pistol animation. Special thanks to Comrade Communist!

3/17: Added new viewmodels, icons for weapons.

12/11: Rebalanced the weapon stats and NPC healths.
Fixed the idle animation of Biker Gang.

01/15: Added VJ Base NPC Category image.

04/24: Added weapon accuracy selector (Only available for Sentry's SNPCs), You can find it on VJ Base's SNPC Configures section.
Added NPC Category image.

04/20: Added PlayerAlly relationship for the friendly SNPCs.
