Regarding IWHBYD, the checkpoint nonsense isnt needed. Straight from the wiki and working as of 8/20/2020: 4 things required. Singleplayer. Legendary. 1 in 7 chance. Jackals are spawned.

Take whatever route you want to get there, jumping over roofs, going regular route, whatever. When you get to the room, if all the jackals have spawned, there is a 1 in 7 chance you get the skull.Getting exactly 7 checkpoints, 4 checkpoints, etc. doesnt matter

Why is Chips Dubbo under Metropolis and not Outskirts?

The IWHBYD skull video technically can get you the skull but is extremely slow and has you doing useless stuff for 99% of it since the checkpoint thing is an old myth. The "The Vengeful 'Vadam" video explains the mechanics behind the skull, how to trigger the skull, and how to manipulate checkpoints to get it to spawn faster. It wouldn't really fit in your guide since it's technical but you should consider replacing the video for this skull. I tested the method in Vengeful's video and it does indeed function. Notably Vengeful's video doesn't mention that in MCC, unlike old halo 2, you don't have to survive the elite arena fight to have the skull register as being picked up.

Awesome, Im glad you saw this. A friend and I spent 2 hours trying to get it before looking to the Wiki to find out they have it all laid out there and a bullet point of conditions that have to be met. We were pissed it was wasted time but learning those extra details, we got the 'run to go grab it' down to ~1:30 minutes and each got it in our own games in under 20 min
