[1.4] How to get Tea / Craft Tea / New Caroline Heart Event

How to get and craft Tea!
Plus the new 1.4 Caroline heart event.
Minimal spoilers because it's just neat.

What you need:

In order to access the tea sapling and Caroline's heart even that gives you the crafting recipe, you need to have at least TWO hearts with her.

Where you go:

You need to enter Pierre's shop, and go in the back to the Pierre,Abigail,Caroline household.
From there you need to find their kitchen. From the kitchen you can enter a BRAND NEW ROOM!
The Sunroom a personal space for Caroline, where her new heart even takes place.

Just a note, I won't spoil the heart even, as it's pretty good. I will show you where the room is and what it looks like.

How to get the Tea Sapling:

You need to go through the heart event, the next day she will give you the recipe in the mail.

From there it takes 20 days to mature, you can then harvest it in the final week of each season.

After you get the tea leaves you simply brew it in the keg to make tea.

Help! I have a tea sapling but no recipe. I am not sure how I got the tea sapling but I know it was before I knew or ever stepped foot in Caroline's tea room. I have since gone into the tea room and got the cut scene, but I never received the recipe. Would appreciate any help if you all have ever experienced this. Thanks.

Thank you! I was planning on becoming better friends with Lewis so I could get some juicy tea on his affair with Marnie, but I had no idea how to actually get tea leaves after Caroline's heart event. This helped me so much!

You can also sometimes find a tree sapling from the lady in the cart that sells rare stuff.
I did the event but wasn't bothered to find/make/have wild seeds, and she sold me a sapling!

Are they of the same season or one of each? Because I used both summer ones.
Only thing I can advise is a reinstall. Or submit a bug report to the dev. Look around in the discussions, people usually run into the same problems. More heads = more results.

For some reason, the game isn't registering the Wild Seeds in my backpack. I did the event, I got the crafting recipe, and it's clearly showing up on my crafting menu, but for some reason, whether I have the Spring Seeds or Summer Seeds (for foraging), it won't register as in my inventory. Thus, I can't craft any tea sapling.

Please help.
