Pretty self-explanatory:
- Dropdown box for Star / Preferred Weapon
- Green means is default Star / Preferred Weapon
- If you change the Rating, make sure the sum is 10

Apparently the function IFS (WENNS in german) was added in Excel 2016. This SelectionIF saves a lot of pain in the ass function use. Rewriting the table without it is way beyond my skills.

In Excel 2019 there is sadly no option of saving as ... in between Excel 2019 and Excel 2003.

The table was made and saved with Excel 2019. I was not able to downgrade the file to older versions because these lack some functions. The resulting table would be useless.

i dont know why - excel 10 - can open the file like 10% chance only maybe your excel is newer and the xlsx is unsuported with excel 10?
