There is a place in solstheim with like 5 ore and gem veins and a safe,strongbox, and Zenithar Shrine in one small area.

Better way.
1: Go to the wiki
2: Find item ID of ore or whatever tf else you want
3: Type into console "Player.additem.(Item ID).(Amount you want)
4: Press enter
5: Get 500 steel ingot or whatever

A lot of towns and cities and orc strongholds have mines in them as well, for example Dawnstar has 2

Recomended mod
"windstad mine"
It provides unlimmeted ore but it requires a large investment of either gold something along the lines of 150k ish or getting the mats yourself still needing 60k ish to get more than the basic ores.
The mod also has an option to configure how much ore you get for each swing
The lowest (Default) is six strikes to 3 ore or two ore per swing. Highest is 12 ore for six swings or two ore to the swing.

Also @Danny T H I C C does it really matter what @MineVoid does in his single player game?
