DO NOT FORGET

Go to: "Steam-settings", (Remote Play) and put a hook on -> activate Remote Play <-

You (Player1) and your friend (Player2) must use simultan controllers at the same time in game

Preparation before starting UNO

Start / Activate your Controllers,
you must enable both before starting UNO / Turn on the Controllers

Step1. Start the Game & Wait

Start the game and stay / --> wait in Main menu <--

Step 2. Open Remote Play

Press at the same time: " Shift + Tab " on Keyboard.

Go to your Steam-Chat & invite your Friend to "Remote Play together"


^^ Check your Friends ( Controller - Status ) ^^

Step3. HOST IN OFFLINE !

DON´T HOST your Game IN ONLINE ! u must Host in Local-Offline for Remote Play.

Step 4. USE 2 vs 2 MODE

strictly play the 2vs2 mode
^ in offline mode see ;, Step 3. Pictue "

Connect a second controller via Remote Play Together for co-op
or the game automatically starts a 1-player-solo with bots / AI

Step 5. START GAME

Step 5. Start the 2vs2 Game, u must see your Picture two times

two player local play is only available in 2v2 co-op mode because the player cards are visible onscreen. here's how I got mine to work:

1. make sure Steam Input is enabled for Uno
2. make sure the 2nd controller is on before starting Uno
3. choose 1-2 Player Local Play option
4. select 2v2 mode instead of Free For All
5. select co-op instead of AI

Great guide. Works. I tried doing one controller person and one with keyboard and mouse did not work, it must be two separate controllers, one for each person. Works great. Thanks!

@David- Thanks for the hint and the cooperation, we have found a way to solve the problem, it has been added to the "Extra Info" category:

if the control does not react:
Turn the controller OFF and ON again in-game.
Try another game with Remote Play Together
to rule out errors

@Sabytiger Problem is: UNO misses your 2nd controller, and starts a 1-player-solo with bots / AI. Please go to -->Step.2 (Check your friends Controller - Status )

i can play with the remote play but online in the offline mode, is there any way to play in the online mode with this feature?
