Frost Rapier (New Unique Rapier)

Описание
As far as I know, there are only 3 unique rapiers. What a shame! So I modded a new unique rapier that functions best as a one-handed weapon(you can still use it as a dual wield weapon). I decided to share my weapon because why not, though I have no plans to modify it further.

You can buy it from Wanika in Queen's Berth, Neketaka. It's slightly better compared to Rannig's Wrath and Squid's Grasp but it's not as OP as other sabres and swords in this game. For a game that highlights pirates and a little Valian culture, rapiers are criminally underrepresented!

It deals the best of either Pierce/Frost damage btw, shhhh.

@ApocalypseMeows It probably conflicts with one of your mods. If you have debug console however, you can spawn it by command, GiveItem Watchers_Piercing_Gaze.

i'm gonna try it rn man, thx for youe job, i feels like most of the mod are too strong, this one seems gucci rlly appreciate, not many rapier in de game such a shame indeed! thx!
EDIT: my game is in italian not in english, wont make any bug or something right? just i will see the description in english and that's all
