Cephalon Simaris is a Cephalon construct that resides within the Sanctuary Enclave, a room found in the upper level of all Tenno Relays.
This trade offerings include; Companion riven mods, the Simulacrum Access Key, Transmute cores, the Ludoplex (arcade game), several mods and much more.

My Routine
1. Scan synthesis targets.
2. Hand in completed target scans.
3. Visit a high level exterminate mission.
4. Scan enemies by using method A or B.

0:10 Synthesis Targets
Visit any relay and speak to Simaris, accept the synthesis target and use the location guide to find where the target will be.

Return to Simaris after completing all the needed amount of scans.
Scanning synthesis targets will add to daily standing but returning a fully scanned target will not affect the daily limit cap nor will it either be effected by the daily limit cap.

0:57 Scan method A - Clear the Room
Sweep through a whole room/tile scanning all enemies, cameras and camera controlled weapons. Items like storage containers are not worth scanning since they offer no stealth or level bonus.
Once all the enemies have been scanned switch to a silent weapon and clear the tile of enemies before moving on to the next group and repeating the proccess.
Any Warframe with invisibility or sleep would probably be fine for this technique.

1:16 Scan method B - Camp the Exit
Don't get spotted, don't attack or kill any enemies.
Using Ivara's prowl and the aura mod 'Enemy Radar' make your way through to map searching for the end tile.
After a short amount of time enemy units will start running toward the exit, only a few a first but it doesn't take long for all of the spawned units to single file their way to the exit.
Once at the end, scan everyone, clear them and wait for another wave of exit rushing enemy units to spawn, repeat until daily cap is reached.
Sometimes enemies can go idle or get stuck in the last 2-3 rooms before the exit tile, scan and clear these smaller groups, leaving an area and returning will cause new units to spawn.
I would highly recommend using Ivara for this technique.

2:05 Other TIps
The Sol-Battery widget will grant infinite synthesis scans, by passing the limit of 100 scans per mission.
Put synthesis scanners on a gear hotkey.
Quit/fail mission will result in no standing gained.
Use melee channeling, an Acrid or an Arca Plasmor to melt bodies.
Maximum standing per day is your MRx1000 + 1000 + One completed scan target (up to +10,000).
At MR27 the maximum amount of daily standing possible would be 38,000.
High level Exterminate Missions (stealth scan)
- Dakata, Kuva fortress: 200 
- Narcissus, Pluto: 200
- Oxomoco, Void: 200
- Adaro, Sedna: 200
- Sortie Part 3: 300
- Kuva Flood: 300

2:28 Builds Used
- Loki Prime with long duro.
- Ivara with long duro and good eff.
- Silent Arca Plasmor.
- Silent Arcid with riven.
- Zaw dagger finisher with riven.

Playing solo is advised.
