So you want to start with Neptunia series, but you're probably feeling confused or overwhelmed by the number of titles out there. This guide will help you with that.

It's recommended to watch the anime after Re;birth 3 as a major plot point is spoiled. The anime rehashes mk2/Victory's plots. While mk2 isn't spoiled that much, Victory/re;birth 3 is.

-Edit- Gamplay is built off the more refined systems too so that helps everyone. (I do some what miss the first game's original style but it makes complete sense why they shifted from it)

@Gatherer127 You are Technically Correct. The Re:Birth Games are Subtly different with alot of cues referencing the originals and where they are placed. For a new player they are the place to start and for veteran players they have a nice nod to very specific Lore points. Fun fact is all of the OG DLC characters do not ALL have the exact same appearance and are shuffled a bit across the Re:Birth games (Think Red ect)

Doesn't Re;birth 1 have a very different plot and gameplay of the original Neptunia 1? Iirc they're more different games than a remake
