Surprise! You thought I was dead, but I'm not! I'm just real busy with college, work, maintaining relationships, and trying to figure out how to play Post Scriptum and Hell Let Loose. Anyways, with that out of the way, I've decided to finish up a remastering of the 1st Panzer Division, originally taken from my original mod found here.

HARP is not required, and I have these variations to choose regarding it:

The 1st Panzer Division in-game is actually a modified take on the 1st SS-Panzer Division, the Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler division. Perhaps one of the most iconic German divisions of that war, and of course, being an SS division, responsible for some pretty nasty crimes. I found a new pattern of Erbsenmuster/Erbsentarn/DOT-44/Pea-DOT to use and I think it turned out pretty great! At least for my abilities, that is, I'm still not super amazing at texturing.

List of Additions
  • Officer now replaced with a 2nd Lieutenant (Untersturmführer)
  • Boasts a wide array of medals and insignia, from his shoulder boards with the LAH cyphers, the Iron Cross ribbon, an officer-grade cuff title and eagle, his Party badge, WW1 wound badge, Anti-Partisan badge, 50 Engagements badge, War Merit cross, German Cross (in gold), and Close Combat clasp.
  • Wool overlay taken from one of my own tunics
  • The standard infantry now have blurred edge helmets (I wanted to do a Polyspot, but I'm not good at making camouflages), an SS belt buckle, enlisted adler, and an M43-pattern DOT-44 jacket with the collar of their feldbluse tucked over, showcasing collar tabs. What tunic model is it? I don't know, take your pick.
  • The sniper utilizes two patterns of DOT-44, utilizing the collar of his camouflaged jacket to the advantage as well as having an easy-to-identify distinction of slip-on LAH sleeves. Well, not exactly easy-to-identify unless you're really gosh darn close.

This addon does not endorse the NSDAP, the Waffen-SS, or any other part of the Third Reich, and is purely made for historical intent.

There is no SS-specific officer cap; use the SS base pack if you're that picky lol. I don't know how to modify files, so therefore you can only choose between the SS pack - which has an SS visor (and is what you see in the pictures), or the normal pack.

I don't really know what you mean by more accurate

dude the officer still has a wehrmacht cap, i'd also enjoy if you made the dot 44 more accurate and gave a cufftitle to every soldier. the officer should also get dot 44.

Does this replace the standard german army or only the 1st ss division?

You'd be best off asking somebody else on how to do that, I have no idea, nor know any modders that could
