Choices & Achievements Guide

There are mild spoilers in this guide! I've blocked out parts but there could still be accidental spoilers, so proceed at risk! 

MANY choices are flexible or non-linear, and not 100% following this guide could still nab you the same achievement. However, for simplicity's sake, I've included one guaranteed way of getting to the respective endings.
