Get your saves back.

Step by step instruction on how to get back your GFWL save games.

English

1. Start a new game and skip two intro cinematics. Right after that game will autosave and create save file in Steam folder. Quit the game.
2. Find your GFWL save file here C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Square Enix\Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY\SaveData\########, where xxxxx is your Windows login and ######## is a bunch of random characters, and copy it somewhere.
3. Download XVI32[www.chmaas.handshake.de] or use a different hex editor.
4. Open save file in XVI32.
5. In the menu click Address -> Go to..., make sure mode is set to hexadecimal, enter $183 in the input box and hit OK.
6. In the menu click Edit -> Delete to cursor.
7. Save file.
8. Now go to your Steam\userdata\######\35140\remote folder, where ###### is your Steam ID.
9. Replace the save0.sgd file with the edited one.
10. Start the game. Here you go, your saves are back.

1. Запустите и начните новую игру, убедитесь, что произошло автосохранение (пропускаете два первых ролика и игра сразу сохраняется); выходите из игры.
2. Теперь надо найти старый save файл save0.sgd, находится он тут C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\Documents\Square Enix\Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY\SaveData\########, где xxxxxxxx - имя вашего аккаунта в Windows, а ######## - куча рандомных символов. Скопируйте файл куда-нибудь.
3. Скачайте XVI32[www.chmaas.handshake.de] или другой шестнадцатеричный редактор.
4. Откройте скопированный файл в XVI32.
5. В меню кликайте Address -> Go to..., в появившемся окне выберите режим hexadecimal, вводите в поле $183 и жмите OK.
6. Теперь в меню кликайте Edit -> Delete to cursor.
7. Сохраните файл.
8. Идите в папку Steam, затем в папку userdata\######\35140\remote, где ###### ваш Steam ID (воспользуйтесь поиском 35140).
9. Замените save0.sgd файлом, который вы редактировали.
10. Запускаем игру. Вуаля.
