It has a list of the essentials you should bring with you. It's easily one of the most helpful Subnautica guides out there.
You also might find the new guide to be more helpful. It's a much better version. It currently doesn't have screenshots or coordinates, but I'm working on videos, and I can upload the coordinates when I stop forgetting
Especially considering I've been learning how to make and edit Videos. It might help with understanding where everything is more. Definitely better than screenshots.
