In chris's campaign you can get the last emblem in chapter five with piers. Just have to hit with the giant lightning gun :)

You missed one suitcase. In Chris campaign, chapter 3. After fighting off the chopper on the river and getting off the boat, which eventually blow up, u will be on those floating platforms and continue ur way to shore. Before climbing the ladder to next part there will be suitcase behind some crates. If I remember correctly it's a 2000 skill point one. And thx for guide;)
