How to fix FPS lag + Slow Motion (Works for zoom mods)

This will fix FPS lag and the slow motion effect of players and yourself when zooming out with zoom mods. It also fixes windowed/borderless lag I believe.
Note: Game will look laggy if its window isn't focused.

Disable fullscreen AND borderless (this will make your game look windowed with a title bar)

Use a program like Borderless Gaming on One Hour One Life to make the game borderless and windowed.

If you are using Borderless Gaming and are using more than one monitor, then you need to do some specific options to avoid alt-tab flickering/freezing.
In Borderless Gaming right click the game
1. Hide Windows Taskbar
2. No Size Change
3. Set Windows Size > No
> x location = 1 (if game is on right monitor) or -1 (if game is on left monitor), y location = 0 (might need to change if your monitor is above or below another monitor), use the same width and height as your monitor resolution.

Go to the game's settings folder
Change useLargestWindow.ini to 0
Change screenHeight.ini and screenWidth.ini to your monitor's actual resolution.
