Fighting fire with fire, the idea behind the Mithra engineering is to grow living sentient inside of a Tenno made shell and take energy from their own bones to destroy them.
But sometimes that shell fail to contain all the sentient strength, and when it happen, it grows out and deliver its full power to turn against you, unless you are able to tame the beast.
