UPDATED DEC 2022 - A guide (with Images) on all locations for the Socialite Achievement

Introduction to this Guide

Thanks for taking the time to look at my guide, this is the first one I've created! I will update with information as I learn it (or as you all may feel free to add in the comments if you'd like). This guide has the complete list of all 27 NPC/shops needed to complete the achievement with "general" locations as to where to find the shop itself. Seasonal Shops or Event NPCS do not count towards the achievement, therefore it may be completed anytime. There is no special action required to obtain the achievement, simply walk to each shop, Press "E" to talk to the NPC, open/close the shop window and move to next location. I tried to keep an organized path from one location to the next to keep the route short. Enjoy!

1. Gone Fishin' - Sir Reel

Sir Reel has two locations and only one needs to be visited to complete the achievement. I started with the Fishing Hut located right outside of the Poseidon Roller Coaster. Alternatively, he may be found at the dock behind the Games Hub building.

2. Franky's Grill - Franky

Franky's Grill is a hot dog stand located on the Boardwalk outside of Fresh and Celebrations and in front of the Poseidon roller coaster and the Ferris Wheel.

3. Celebrations - Overly Excited Man

Celebrations is on the Boardwalk, next to "Fresh" and near the Poseidon roller coaster and Ferris Wheel.

4. Fresh - Jane

Fresh is on the Boardwalk, next to Celebrations and near the Poseidon roller coaster and Ferris Wheel.

5. By the Sea Shore - She

By the Sea Shore is now located below the lighthouse, along the left side shore leading to it.

6. The Stray - Kalleira

Kalleira is located at the top of the lighthouse, which can be reached by the door at the base of the lighthouse or via jetpack.

7. Oasis - Sharon

Oasis can be found at the Treasure Hunt beach, behind the life guard station and just before the first beach house.

8. Project 12 (Rooftop Bar) - Wade

The Project 12 Rooftop Bar can be found on the rooftop of the Tower. It can be reached using the elevator in the Tower lobby labeled Project 12 or by jetpack.

9. Central Circuit - Nick

Central Circuit is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is on the end of the row, next to Rob's Imports.

10. Rob's Imports (Phone) - Rob

Rob's Imports is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is in the middle between Central Circuit and Sweet Suite Furnishings.

11. Sweet Suite Furnishings - Bradley

Sweet Suite Furnishings is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is on the end and also contains Horizon Condos inside, towards the back left of the store.

12. Horizon Condos - Jeff

Horizon Condos is located inside of the shop Sweet Suite Furnishings which is one of the shops located at the base of the Tower. Note: The NPC randomizes between a few men and women you are not required to talk to each visually different NPC. Each "version" of NPC will result in opening the same shop and speaking with "Jeff".

13. Seasons - Daisy

Seasons is a greenhouse/garden located above the row of shops containing; Sweet Suite Furnishings, Rob's Imports and Central Circuit. It can be reached via stairs alongside Sweet Suite Furnishing or jetpack.

14. D.I.Y - Amy

D.I.Y can be found in the Tower lobby facing the row of shops that contain; Sweet Suite Furnishings, Rob's Imports, and Central Circuit.

15. Songbirds - Landin

Songbirds is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is between Upgrade and The Toy Stop Shop.

16. The Toy Stop - Richard

The Toy Stop is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is on the end next to Songbirds.

17. Tower Theater - Veronica

Tower Theater is on the right side of the Tower if you are walking out facing/towards the games/arcade/casino area. It sits between the Boardwalk and Tower. Enter the theater and you will see 1 npc at the concession stand, Veronica.

18. Tower Theater - Folio

Folio can be found inside Tower Theater to the right or left side, allowing you too book private movie rooms.

19. Bowling Pro Shop - Darien

Darien is one of the 2 NPCS inside of the Bowling Alley, standing behind the counter. The NPCS are 2 SEPARATE shops and it is required that you speak with BOTH to complete the achievement.

20. The Pinhead - Kaylen

Kaylen is one of the two NPCS inside of the Bowling Alley, standing behind the counter. The NPCS are 2 SEPARATE shops and it is required that you speak with BOTH to complete the achievement.

21. The Pop Stop - Vendy

Although not technically a NPC the vending machines are considered a shop and one must be spoken to in order to complete this achievement. You are not required to speak to more than one. I chose to use the one inside of the Bowling Alley next to Pinhead and the Bowling Pro Shop. Alternatively, the vending machines can be located in the ; Arcade, Tower Theater, Hidden Dev HQ ( located via my other guide).

22. Arcade - Volt

The Arcade is located right in the main plaza almost directly across from the Tower. Upon entering if you follow the path (left or right) to the main room of the arcade, you can spin around and see 3 NPCS and their respective shops. Volt is the character working at the prize counter.

23. Arcade - Virgil T. Chad

Virgil T. Chad is 1 of 3 NPCS in the Arcade and works at Uncle Muscles Pizza to the left of the prize counter.

24. Arcade - Chilly Billy

Chilly Billy is 1 of 3 NPCS in the Arcade and works at The Freezing Point to the lright of the prize counter.

25. Volt - Wade

Wade is 1 of 2 NPCS that can be found in Tower Unites nightclub, Volt. Volt can be found alongside the Arcade in the main plaza. Wade is located at the bar, on the ground floor ont he left side of the nightclub.

26. Volt - Hanna

Hanna is 1 of 2 NPCS that can be found in Volt Nightclub. She can be found on the second floor allowing you to book private karaoke rooms.

27. Tower Threads - Michelle

Michelle can be found at the store "Tower Threads" which can be found at the base of the Tower on the left side facing towards Songbirds.

just got it by trying again and going back through the list afterwards and clicking on them all again as suggested below. for me, the same thing happened except it was the Oasis attendant that triggered it

Completed today. This achievement HAS to be bugged. I was running around with a friend both trying to get the achievement, knowing we've spoken to everyone already. I got it upon opening the shop window at songbirds (not clicking the talk button after opening the shop window, but immediately upon opening the window) when I KNOW for a fact I'd already spoken to the shopkeeper at songbirds within the past hour. :/

If you're having a hard time getting this achievement, consider A) talking to all the vending machines (my friend swears it's related -- does not count any that may be in dev HQ) but B) just go around in a circle and talk again. For SURE you do not have to click on the "talk" button after opening the shop window, though.

I'm curious are people just walking up to them? Or are you actually selecting the option to "talk" in the dialogue?

I've talked to all the NPCs listed and I still haven't got the achievement!

I followed this guide and didn't get the achievement, spoke to the vending machine inside the theater and then I got it.

I went through it with a new friend about 3 weeks ago, and it worked.
