Kuvaus
Serious Sam HD: BFE is a custom campaign that gives the SSHD levels a BFE coat of paint, to say the least.

This mod originally started off as a joke mod that overly desaturate the colors (to poke fun at BFE's more desaturated color scheme) and adds in ClearBlueSky skyboxes and midday lighting to all of the HD levels, but eventually it became a much larger project in the end.It's still a joke mod at heart though.

Unfortunately, I couldn't bring all of the things from BFE into this mod (no rocket jumping, special melee moves on enemies, BFE Sam model in single-player, sprinting, etc.) due to custom gtitles not working properly with the SS1 entities used in the SSHD levels. So in the end, I had to stick with the default HD gtitles.

So what does this mod replace? Nothing. Everything in this mod is stand-alone. Maps, weapons, enemies, you name it!

Weapon models and stats are based on their original BFE counterparts. Why? Because I like to watch the world burn. The levels use a custom script that removes the knife and colt from the player's inventory, but there's a pretty high chance that players in MP will still spawn with them. To discourage players from using those weapons, most of the enemies in the mod have been given very high damage resistance to the knife and colts.

Enemy stats have been modified a bit to work better with HD's larger level scale and Sam's faster running speed. Additionally, I've decided to keep the hard-only attacks for the enemies but making a couple of them work for normal difficulty as well.

Powerups still exist because removing them would kinda break the balancing for some parts of TSE. Since they are in the mod, I've decided to give them new BFE-like models now.

Some netricsa messages now have slightly different lines that should "enhance" the Serious Sam HD: BFE lore.

Oh and there are some little changes in the levels that I won't mention. You just have to look for them yourself.

It seems that I need to buy DLC of Serious Sam 3 (which is Jewel of the Nile) before I can use this mod

I installed this version on my serious sam fusion 2017 beta, with only serious sam 3 bfe and serious sam hd: the first encounter, but I couldn't play on all the maps, because on some of them the message "unable to load level" appeared. Could someone help me solve this problem?

It's just a simple hotfix that fixes the issue where weapon reanimation mods were breaking some of the weapon animations in this mod.
