@RASE Killers Magnet, Your friend is lying then. It is not forbidden to change perk icons, devs have nothing against it and they said that too many times. Their only word is "Use it at your own risk, because if for some reason EAC will ban you - we won't be able to help you".

strange, I change the fps in 144 hz and all perks and item and just do not change them while the game is open
