YES!!! We are greenlit!!
CLARC hits Android. Hard.
Release date: Summer 2014
An actiony Puzzle Adventure. With drunk Robots.

CLARC is an isometric, grid-based puzzle game with fast paced arcade elements. It features comic style visuals in various different graphical themes, from the inside of a chaotic factory to the surface of Mars to the interior of an intruding enemy spaceship where you think, run and fight through heaps and heaps of carefully designed puzzle and action areas.

Yay, quotes!

"CLARC is one of the best puzzle games I had a chance to play and probably the best on Android." - Martin Varga, Android.Kul.Is

[9.5/10] "This deceptively difficult, yet enjoyable brain building puzzle adventure is an indie gamer's dream come true."
- Blaze Chastain,

[9.4/10] "Why are you still reading this review instead of jumping to your OUYA and playing this game? GO!"
- Tim von Janssen,

"A solid puzzler with fantastic space tech style. [...] like Wall-E, but with more drunk robots and even more dialogue."
- Anthony Swinnich,

[4.5 of 5] "CLARC is a terrific little game with a lot of heart. It's gorgeous, meaty, packed with a variety of clever puzzles, and challenging."
- Shaun Musgrave, toucharcade

"A brilliant, block-moving masterpiece of a puzzler."
- Bob Mills,

"A game with a lot of personality"
- Chris Priestman,

"Seriously go and buy this game. It'd be hard to find a better game right now on the OUYA."
- Pauliwall,[/h1]

What's the story?

Our Hero, Clarc #37, is a simple, hard-working maintenance robot, living in a decaying nuclear missile factory on Mars. Ever since the old supercomputer has disappeared, the rest of the factory has fallen into utter chaos. The discovery that diesel has thrilling effects on robotic circuits lead to a fierce shift in priorities: Every robot has since been focussing on drinking instead of working. Everyone except Clarc. So when an intruding spaceship enters the stage to disarm and dismantle this out-of-control doomsday device of a partying factory, Clarc is the one to save the facility from destruction. He has to overcome his programming to rescue his fellow robots and of course his newly found friend, the lovely atomic bomb, Clara.

Key features:
  • more than 100 spatial puzzles in 25 levels
  • about 12 hours of gameplay
  • detailed comic-style visuals
  • dozens of interactive game elements
  • hilariously drunk robots
  • sexy nuclear bombs
  • buzz-killing, laser-shooting invaders
  • super-funky robot disco music
  • 5 languages: English, German, Spanish, Russian and French
  • support for almost all game controllers
  • 2,5 years of development love (this feature adds extra karma when lighting us!)

We want to see CLARC on PC and Mac (and Linux, if there's enough demand for it)!
So if you want to see it too, don't forget to push the button!

Love from Berlin,
the GoldenTricycle Team

Hello people from 2020 and onward!

First off I have no contact or relation with the developers of CLARC at all but I want to clear up the confusion around the game

The game is available, just never made it to steam.
Its available for pc on GOG
on the Amazon store (supports amazon tv stick, personally played it there first.)
rest are here (site is breaking)

So what happened?
I think the developers were offered paid jobs and decided to take them (read rendermat's post for more context). This led to them going their own ways and slowly abandoning the game.

I'm sad that this game is so underrated, more people need to play.
If you haven't played it yet, GO GET IT, ITS CHEAP!

Well that's that.
Now get the power back on CLARC #37.

Hey guys, that's me the developer for CLARC. It's been a while since I have been able to turn back to Steam. I am very sorry and want to thank the community for the great support. Honestly the game is not finished for Steam as I had to get a paid job and follow another career. Life as a indie dev is not always easy. Steam requires the implementation of a lot of services and I did not have the time to accomplish this. But it seems that I will have time to do the port now, so if there is still interest??? Unity was updated to an extend where compatability was lost. They changed their lighting system. So this might cause some troubles. I am doing my best to bring you CLARC. Thanks again.

It's pretty typical, all my voted games are like this, green lit 4 years ago, last updated 3 years ago saying it's going to be released 2 year ago.
