she have no unlock mechanism atm, so I suggest unlocker her as part the -10 reputation reward, instead of the 'moon' class. She have road and city events to use in game.

I've named the cards and add speed on their name so they can be use with most scripted map.

I seperated all the cards by level, in her envelop. Created and wrote a bunch of scripts and 'ease-of-life' stuff.


I also took the liberty to add custom arts instead of the original one, since it didnt appeal to me.
