This mod adds a small basement player home to the Ramshackle Trading Post on Solstheim. Centrally located on the island, this humble player home is available without you having to go through any lenghty Black Book quests. Just locate the key and you've got yourself a modest starting home on Solstheim.

Features:
Bed with well-rested bonus.
Alchemy and Enchanting.
Tanning Rack and Anvil (outside behind the shack)
Shrine of Kynareth.
Lots of safe storage (a dozen containers of different types).
Lots of Bookshelves (162 books).
1 Weapon Rack (2 weapons) and 1 Weapon Plaque.
...and your own night-time dark elf vendor conveniently available in Falas Selvayn.

Hint on locating the key:
Search for a nearby reaver camp.

PS: THIS MOD REQUIRES DRAGONBORN DLC!

Yea, thats about sums it up. Good, I can use this mod knowing my hunter won't be denied a rare prize.

I was aware of that merchant, so I don't think I moved anything in that corner. Left all markers etc alone (if there are any, eh). When I playtested the mod the merchant appeared at night as usual, but I believe you have to not be in the trading post's main exterior cell when he's set to appear, either be in the basement or in some other exterior cell.

The Bow of the Huntsman can be found in the Rift. The Trading post has a message, saying meet at midnight. If you go there, he is in that chair, at that table and is a merchant. However, the key is to picking his pocket with the ability to take off equipped items. BOOM Glass Stag Bow of the Huntsman, secret bow, good stats.

Yes, I added the hatch to the corner of it. I might have moved an object or two slightly, but don't remember excactly now.

Did you modify the interior of the Trading post?
