Troll Killing

A guide to help people rid Skyrim of Trolls!

Introduction

So, you've made your character, You've gotten to the Way of the Voice quest, you're traveling up to High Hrothgar and you hear, "ROAR" and you see a white,furry,beast. What have you encountered, a Troll. Trolls are menacing creatures with the ability to take half your health ( if your health is under 200) in one swipe. You fight with everything you have (Magic,Swords,Potions,Poisons) but you fall to this mighty beast.

Weaknesses

Well fighting this beast is no easy task ( for beginners) they have health regen on them at all times. There is something that trolls dont take kindly too. FIRE! Fire is the weakness to trolls, what it does, it stops health regeneration for a few seconds and takes more health away than frost or lightning.

How to exploit the Weakness.

Exploiting the weakness is easier than you might think. You can use Flame spells or a flame enchanted weapon. All of these can help you bring about the fall of the Troll. You can also use fire weakness poison to further weaken the trolls to flame. All of these items needed to aid troll hunting are relativelly easy to find all across Skyrim, poisons you can buy from alchemy shops and enchanting services can be with the court mage of the major cities in Skyrim.
