[OD/DS] Izhma+Judge Build (with variations)
By bup.
Hey! I'm bup. The Izhma + Judge Combination has been OD/DS meta forever (eventhough lately people have been using the akimbo grimms more), so I thought I'd make a guide on it for people who want to use it themselves. I'll include different variations of the build that I've used in my time playing this game, and try to explain everything as good as I can.

Introduction
So the way im gonna do this is, I'll show the weapons, equipment and perkdecks first because they're gonna stay mostly the same. Each individual build will have its own section with skilltrees, explanations and pros and cons for it. Enjoy!

dont't be confused btw I just prefer my Izhma without a sight. Also if you get over 5 detection risk with any of these builds I'd recommend removing the Izhma sight to get below 5.

Perkdecks
Rogue will give us +50 dodge, increased weapon swap speed and makes you less likely to be targeted by enemies, my choice on od/ds.

Anarchist is recommended for lower difficulties since Dodge isnt good on mayham or lower. I know some people prefer Anarchist even on od/ds, so if you want to you can go for it, but remember there are no armor related skills in this build, so I wouldn't recommend it on od/ds.

Hacker is also a viable option if you know how to play it. If played right you'll get more Dodge than a rogue player and some nice health regen. (Just keep in mind that you'll lose the other rogue perks and also won't be able to take flashbangs)

Basic 60 Dodge IzhmaJudge setup
This is the bread and butter IzhmaJudge setup. It has everything you need to complete heists on od/ds and is by far my most played of all these. Use this on Heists where you have to be moving around or drive vehicles alot (for example Meltdown, Heat Street and Goat Sim Day1)

Pros and Cons:
Pros:
  • maximum dodge possible
  • drill skills
  • feign death for chance to self revive
  • very solid build with no major drawbacks, can be played on any heist with any team
  • HE Judge for easy anti shield and Dozer faceplates
  • Izhma doesn't need aim to play
Cons:
  • very basic (no saw, c4 etc.)
  • weak against snipers (judge needs 2 hits if it doesn't crit)
  • mediocre Dozer damage

Mastermind
Inspire: Must have for od/ds, lets you revive your teammates quicker and easier.

Enforcer
Shotgun Impact: 15% bonus damage to your weapons
Shotgun CQB: 35% better reload speed (it's a pain to play without this)
Close By: lets you have 15 more shells per magazine so you don't have to reload every 5 seconds.
Bullseye: if your armor breaks and you can't take cover try going for the head to regain armor and tank one extra hit.

Technician
Drill Skills: you can repair drills faster and your drills are as fast as possible so make sure that you are the one placing them, to not waste time upgrading drills.

Ghost
Sneaky Bastard: +10 Dodge if your detection risk is under 5.
Low Blow: 30% crit chance if your detection risk is under 5.
Parkour+Duck and Cover: basic movement skills. Also +10 Dodge when you're sprinting, you can reload while sprinting and sprint in every direction. All very handy to have.
Optical Illusions: Is aced here for the concealment boost to silenced weapons.

Fugitive
Nine Lives: turns one down into two downs, effectively doubling your medbag charges. 100% necessary!
Swansong: lets you live for 6s after your health has been depleted. Extremely useful on od/ds.
Feign Death: gives you a 45% chance to get up on your own when youre downed. You can switch this out if you want to, But I'd recommend you to give it a try.
50 Dodge with Jokers
This variation sacrifices 10 Dodge and Drill Skills for Jokers and some quality of life improvements. Use this in Heists where you have to sit in one spot for extended periods of time (for example Bomb: Forest) so your Jokers can provide extra cover.

Pros and Cons:
Pros:
  • 2 Jokers
  • feign death for chance to self revive
  • HE Judge for easy anti shield and Dozer faceplates
  • Izhma doesn't need aim to play
Cons:
  • very basic (no saw, c4 etc.)
  • weak against snipers (judge needs 2 hits if it doesn't crit)
  • mediocre Dozer damage
  • only 50 Dodge

Mastermind
Inspire: Must have for od/ds, lets you revive your teammates quicker and easier.
2 Jokers: provide distraction from you and your teammates

Die Hard: you take less damage while interacting, helps with objectives
Transporter: lets you throw bags further (quality of life improvement)

Technician
Hardware Expert: lets you repair drills faster.

Ghost
Parkour+Duck and Cover: basic movement skills.
Optical Illusions: Is aced here for the concealment boost to silenced weapons.
Low Blow: 30% crit chance if your detection risk is under 5.

Fugitive
Nine Lives: turns one down into two downs, effectively doubling your medbag charges. 100% necessary!
Swansong: lets you live for 6s after your health has been depleted. Extremely useful in od/ds.
Feign Death: gives you a 45% chance to get up on your own when youre downed. You can switch this out if you want to.
Stockholm Syndrome
This variation sacrifices 10 Dodge and some concealment for Stockholm Syndrome. This lets you get out of custody on your own, if there is a hostage on the map, but only once per heist. Use this in scenarios where you're changing position alot and don't want to waste medbags in a spot you're gonna leave anyways (for example in Heat Street). In that case you can just play without placing a medbag and stockholm out of custody if you have to. Or of course you just play normally and use it when all seems lost for your team.

Pros and Cons:
Pros:
  • Stockholm Syndrome to get out of custody once per heist
  • feign death for chance to self revive
  • HE Judge for easy anti shield and Dozer faceplates
  • Izhma doesn't need aim to play
Cons:
  • very basic (no saw, c4 etc.)
  • weak against snipers (judge needs 2 hits if it doesn't crit)
  • mediocre Dozer damage
  • only 50 Dodge (55 when sprinting)

Mastermind
Inspire: Must have for od/ds, lets you revive your teammates quicker and easier.
Stockholm Syndrome: gets you out of Custody once per heist.

Agreed. There are better builds for ds without one down and rogue is probably the weakest perk I recommended, but I still think its definitely playable. As for Stockholm Syndrome, it can be really useful if you aren't used to dsod, or just suck like me :p
Also im happy people still read this old ass guide :)

Note that the previous comment was NOT talking about DSOD.

Not much hate here or anything, but still criticism:
Rogue is ineffective on DS. Sicario or Hacker is much better.
Anarchist is subjectively also better than rogue on DS too.
Stockholm Syndrome is bad. You shouldn't be going into custody with a good build!
I'm not saying rogue doesn't work on DS though. It's just my opinion

Mods are showcased in the "Weapons" section hope that helps.

Oh wow i actually used a similar build before one down was introduced, it was extremely OP in death wish, you can basically carry the whole team and clear out an entire horde of cops, i remember swapping out inspire for another perk(berserker i think) if i think my team can hold its own. however when one down was introduced i got mercilessly rekt because the shotgun was not powerful enough to kill the cops :( I might try it again with your guide here but its been so long since i last played after one down was introduced.

sneaky bastard gives you the dodge chance no matter what perkdeck you use, as long as your detection risk is at the required value.
