This is basically a Burger King prop pack that includes: Burger King pole, logo, and circle sign. The building used is from University City Content Creator Pack, which is required if you want the building. If you just want the props, then you can still subscribe for those.

Includes two variants:
Level 1 1x3 Burger King
Level 2 4x4 Burger King with parking and drive thru

you can load this in the editor and remove the restrictions.. and go further and mod the texture. and make it free again.

Oh, ok. Yeah, I have Campus and all the DLC except radio stations, but I don't have all the CCP's.
Just found it unusual to have any problems at all with a KL mod. They have all worked perfectly and I have quite a few of them due to their exceptional quality.

As I have so many of these assets I didn't notice the CCP requirement in the description. No matter, I'll keep it favorited until I pick up that CCP, it's on my Christmas wish list.
