*Table's notes
Numbers Explanation

Damage taken: How much more or less damage the character takes. (e.g.: 110% means he takes 1.1x damage.) This has no effect on fixed damage, such as throws and Issens.
Rage duration: How long the character spends in raged state.
Amount to rage: How many times the character needs to get hit by Haohmaru n.5A in order to rage.
Walk speed / Backwalk speed / Dash speed: All values are how many pixels are crossed over the course of 256 frames, or 4.267 seconds.
Jump duration: The full length of a jump.
Width: How fat the character is.
Throw range: How far you can throw beyond your width.

Explanation about the (x) speeds

Basara's dash starts slow and escalates to high speeds.
Gaira's dash (1024) is faster when unarmed.
Rera's wolf neutral jump is still 45 frames.

Afaik Samurai Shodown series was made by the guy who worked on the first Street Fighter game. So maybe that's where the connection comes from.

Yeah !! That health system is similar to SF's II system !! [ Nowdays though ( in SFV) each character has instead his own HP and all receive same damage ]

Cool. Didnt know they used the Street Fighter -esque health system to balance the game
