HARP is not required, and I have these variations to choose regarding it:

I finally decided to stop being lazy and finish up this retexture for the 17th Panzer Division of Day of Infamy. So, as we're all aware, the 17th Panzer Division was actually a division of the Waffen-SS, and therefore, I've gone ahead and made them into a proper SS unit (War crimes not included).

The 17th were a fairly iconic division of the SS, boasting prominent usage on the Western Front (Even participating in Castle Itter on guess what side?), and since I've already done some Heer units and my old 1st SS pack is lackluster and needs redone, take this 17th SS retexture group!

List of Additions
  • Officer now replaced with an NCO, lowest rank (Unterscharführer)
  • Officer boasts Italian camouflage (The 17th did use it), M36 tunic, NCO tresse, SS collar tabs, tank destruction badge, boards, WWI Iron Cross ribbon and cross with additional 1939 pin-on, ribbon bar, equestrian badge, wound badge, SS sleeve eagle, belt buckle, and cuff title.
  • Standard Infantrymen boast M42 tunics, Italian camouflage trousers, enlisted collar tabs, wound badge, belt buckle, SS shoulder boards, Ostfront ribbon, tank destruction badge, SS sleeve eagle, and cuff title.
  • Sniper has Italian trousers, default helmet, blurred edge M43 tunic, close-combat clasp, Ostfront ribbon, panzer assault badge (Why? I don't know, maybe he originally was a tanker), belt buckle, and SS sleeve eagle. SS very rarely got matching camouflage, so his is all mixed.
  • Wool overlay on the feldblusen
  • Viewmodel with cuff title

Please note that the cuff title is on both sleeves, I can't do anything about that, but it's unlikely you'll see the one on the right sleeve.

This addon does not endorse the NSDAP, the Waffen-SS, or any other part of the Third Reich, and is purely made for historical accuracy.

They have some Italian camo pants, but I think when I made this I wanted to create some standard feldbluse models without any smocks or anything.

the 17 ss gotz von berlichingen division was during normandy and metz battle one of the most equiped division with camouflage so why the fuck they only have helmet cover?, next to that, your mods are fucking cool gg

Very good, kamerad. I shall put in a good word for you to mein führer.

I can't do anything about that, as the base pack used ensures the cap remains and officer's hat

for the hat the Untersharfuhrer needs to have black out lining instead of white because he is a NCO not a CO
