How to create the perfect Star Wars Rp Server.

We all hate how Star Wars Rp is now. It's terrible. Here's how to do it right.

Roles, Training, and Ranks

Cut training entirely, automatically whitelist people for every rank. No one likes training, it's pointless, and it swallows time waiting for someone doing training in the battalion you want.

Make ranking up automatic, allow people to rank themselves up if they meet certain criteria, or make rank a thing you choose yourself. (Today I will be x rank)

Encourage actually Rping. I haven't seen a Star Wars rp server yet that has any reason to rp

Make it so you aren't locked into a division.

Allow people to apply for Pac3 for use on their characters to add more RP depth

Don't enforce naming, haven't seen a server yet in which it isn't "Shk XO 3424 Chad" In lore, no one ever refers to clones by their serial number.

Get rid of formations (Literally never used)

Have something to actually do when there's no events.

Remove the fluff ranks

Roleplay

Make events more RP and less shooting

Make events have story

Lessen or remove debrief

Don't line people up

Let the players direct the story
not the mods

Misc Server things

Get rid of formations (Literally never used)

Add a cash system in which you can use to claim rooms, buy additional weapons, etc

Make the less entertaining classes pay out more money per hour.

Don't enforce rules too strictly.

Have about 70 mods, preferably less

Don't require LOA, people have lives outside of a server

Don't have discord roles for ingame roles
