Two screens right of the cube in the Catacombs there's an Assault Sword hidden on the right side of the tope hallway.

Las gemas que suelta el cofre en 1 son aleatorias, lo he comprobado. A veces tira rubies, otras veces zafiros.

What is this thing in the room hidden behind the secret wall #32? There's a flying scroll which can be interracted with once to no visible effect (also, interracting takes a long time for some reason). I have no idea what this is supposed to be for.

EDIT: nevermind, that was the quest to find the ghost's name. Noticed it when I saw that quest was updated.

Found it finally. The description is a little misleading, instead of "right wall above" it would be more easy to find if it said "right wall just below the upper corridor to the right", or something like that, as well as the reward saying "lantern (inventory)". The description for 21. is also misleading, instead of "lower left wall of the center hole", it could say "left wall of the center hole just above the corridor".

@WinuX I must admit that I can't remember all this exactly... . I did this guide like 2 years ago.

I tested all by myself before post the guide anyway, so I am sure about it.

Very good so far, though I cannot find number 18. There is a path in the upper right corner with a lantern but that was not behind a secret wall I think. Also, the path continues, so there is probably more, than just a lantern in this route.
