"Secret Unit - Ancient faction (Not that they're split into factions)

Medusa - 2500 pts.

Above average movement speed. Medium high HP. Strong melee with her snake arms, and can swing her tail to knock smaller units down.

Special attack idea 1 - once every 10 seconds, spawns 4 snakes that follow her and engage in melee independently when in range. Snakes have a 5 second lifespan (same as Snake Archers' snakes)

Special attack idea 2 - Petrifying glare from her eyes (similar visual effect to Priest heal beam) slowly turns a single target enemy unit to stone. Does damage over time. Is fast to petrify weaker units, and slower on units with higher HP. Enemy unit moves more slowly and turns stone-grey as they get closer to death. (Same as Ice Archer victims, but stone-grey instead of ice-blue)

Any unit killed by Medusa, or her snake minions, turn to stone on death. Visual effect only but it'll look cool :)"
