If you've got the Hearthfire add-on/DLC make sure:
1. All your other mods are Hearthfire compatible
2. You're using the Hearthfire compatible version of this mod (this one)
your country house, that's what I do. (There is also a large underground area with lots of things to explore.)
independently of Breezehome.
You get access to all parts of this mod even if you don't buy Breezehome.
The actual purchase of Breezehome, including any bugs, is unrelated to this mod.
I think you did a terrific job, put a lot of time and heck load of effort into, while i could find the swimming hole or prison, , i still think its a great mod one you pair with an upgrade the above ground breeze home possibly, but not for me , once again a great job ...
